Working Principle
Material is introduced into a sealed pipeline through a rotary valve or pressure vessel. Compressed air (positive pressure system) or vacuum (negative pressure system) conveys the material-air mixture through the pipeline at velocities sufficient to keep particles suspended. At the destination, material is separated from the air in a cyclone or filter receiver, and the cleaned air is exhausted. Conveying can be dilute phase (material fully suspended, higher velocity) or dense phase (material in plugs, lower velocity, gentler handling).
The grinding process is precisely controlled by the integrated classification system, which separates qualified fine powder from coarse particles. Coarse particles fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding, while fine powder is conveyed by airflow to the cyclone collector and then to the finished product silo. This closed-circuit design ensures consistent product quality and high grinding efficiency.
