Working Principle
A high-speed rotating cage rotor creates a centrifugal field within the classification zone. Material is fed into the zone by air flow. The rotor's cage bars interact with the air-powder mixture, creating a sharp separation: particles larger than the cut size are rejected and fall back for regrinding, while particles smaller than the cut size pass through the cage with the air stream. The cut size is controlled by rotor speed and air flow rate.
The grinding process is precisely controlled by the integrated classification system, which separates qualified fine powder from coarse particles. Coarse particles fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding, while fine powder is conveyed by airflow to the cyclone collector and then to the finished product silo. This closed-circuit design ensures consistent product quality and high grinding efficiency.
