Working Principle
Material enters the crushing chamber from the top. The eccentric shaft drives the movable jaw plate in an elliptical motion toward the fixed jaw plate. As the movable jaw approaches, material is compressed and crushed. As it retreats, crushed material moves downward by gravity. Material progressively descends through the chamber, being crushed at each compression cycle until it exits through the discharge opening at the bottom. The discharge opening size is adjustable, controlling the maximum output particle size.
The grinding process is precisely controlled by the integrated classification system, which separates qualified fine powder from coarse particles. Coarse particles fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding, while fine powder is conveyed by airflow to the cyclone collector and then to the finished product silo. This closed-circuit design ensures consistent product quality and high grinding efficiency.
