Working Principle
Material is struck by high-speed blow bars and thrown against three successive impact curtains. Each curtain provides additional impact and shaping. The three-curtain design increases the number of impact events per particle, improving product shape and reducing oversize. Curtain gap is hydraulically adjustable for precise output control. The third curtain provides final shaping to produce cubical particles.
The grinding process is precisely controlled by the integrated classification system, which separates qualified fine powder from coarse particles. Coarse particles fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding, while fine powder is conveyed by airflow to the cyclone collector and then to the finished product silo. This closed-circuit design ensures consistent product quality and high grinding efficiency.
