The PF Series Impact Crusher uses high-speed rotating blow bars to shatter material through impact energy, producing cubical-shaped particles ideal for construction aggregate, concrete, and asphalt production. Unlike compression crushers, the impact crusher generates minimal flaky or elongated particles, producing high-quality cubic aggregate that meets specifications for concrete, road base, and railway ballast. With crushing ratios up to 20:1, the PF crusher can reduce large feed to specification in a single pass. Working Principle

Material enters the crushing chamber and is struck by high-speed rotating blow bars (40-60 m/s tip speed). The impact shatters the material, which is then thrown against impact plates (breaker plates) for secondary crushing. Material bounces between blow bars and plates, undergoing multiple impact events until it reaches the desired size and exits through the discharge opening. The gap between blow bars and impact plates is adjustable, controlling output particle size.

The grinding process is precisely controlled by the integrated classification system, which separates qualified fine powder from coarse particles. Coarse particles fall back to the grinding chamber for regrinding, while fine powder is conveyed by airflow to the cyclone collector and then to the finished product silo. This closed-circuit design ensures consistent product quality and high grinding efficiency.
