New Classifier Design
LIMING's R&D team has developed a next-generation multi-head classifier for the HGM ultrafine mill series. The new design uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) optimized blade geometry, achieving 3000 mesh output with 65% 2-micron content—a 10% improvement over the previous design. The classifier maintains stable performance across a wider capacity range.
Energy Efficiency Improvements
The updated HGM mill incorporates a new main motor with IE4 ultra-premium efficiency rating, reducing energy consumption by an additional 8%. The optimized air flow path reduces blower pressure requirements by 15%. Combined, these improvements lower total energy consumption to 10-14 kWh per ton for 1250 mesh GCC production, setting a new industry benchmark.
