Working Principle
Compressed air is expanded through specially designed nozzles into a grinding chamber, creating multiple opposing high-velocity jets. Particles fed into the chamber are accelerated by these jets and collide with particles from opposing jets at high relative velocity. The impact fractures particles into finer pieces. A built-in classifier wheel retains oversized particles in the grinding zone while allowing fine powder to exit with the air stream.
