Ceramic Raw Material Grinding
At the India Ceramics Expo in Ahmedabad, LIMING presented grinding solutions for ceramic raw materials. The HGM ultrafine mill's ability to produce 325-1250 mesh kaolin, feldspar, and quartz powder attracted significant interest from Indian ceramic tile and sanitaryware manufacturers in the Morbi and Gujarat clusters.
Iron-Free Grinding Solutions
A key highlight was Liming's iron-free grinding configuration, featuring ceramic-lined chambers and alumina rollers. For high-whiteness ceramic applications, even trace iron contamination causes discoloration. The iron-free configuration demonstrated whiteness retention above 94% for kaolin processing, meeting the stringent requirements of premium ceramic tile production.
