LIMING has opened regional after-sales service centers in Dubai (UAE) and Jakarta (Indonesia) to provide faster spare parts delivery and technical support to customers in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Each center maintains a stock of high-demand spare parts including grinding rollers, grinding rings, classifier blades, filter bags, and bearings.
Digital Service Platform
A new digital service platform enables remote diagnostics of installed grinding mills. Customers can connect their mill's PLC to Liming's cloud platform for real-time performance monitoring, predictive maintenance alerts, and remote technical assistance. The platform has reduced average troubleshooting time by 60% and unplanned downtime by 35% for connected customers.
